Hello Z-ALT! Thanks to your Z-ALT engine additive, my engine is running smooth after 65 passes down the race track this year. I built a new engine for the 2009 season to try and run in the eight second range. I run a1990 Mustang with a 506 big block Ford, with dyno sheets of 975 horsepower. I assembled my engine with Z-ALT and continue to run eight ounces each oil change for optimal protection. I turn this big block 7,800 rpm and over 150 mph @ 8.84 at our local track in Salt Lake City and my engine continues to run with no problems. Last week, while racing in Wyoming, the engine developed a major oil leak - I had lost my evacuation pump. Not having positive pressure in the engine, I blew a distributor o-ring, as well as the front timing cover seal. As you can imagine, I lost seven quarts out of my ten quart system and was very concerned about bearing damage. When returning back to our shop Monday, I pulled the oil pan and looked over all the rod and main bearings. I must say I was very surprised to see there were no wear issues or metal shavings in the pan. I reassembled the engine with the same bearings, fresh oil, and eight ounces of Z-ALT and started it back up; all is good to go for the next race!
I would recommend your Z-ALT additive and Muscle Car Motor Oil to any person looking for performance and reliability in their street or strip machine. Thanks for a great product.
